FLOOR SPACE, approximate sizes:

 6’ x  8’ inside space is $125.00 and corner space is $135.00 per month

 6’ x 10’ inside space is $135.00 and corner space is $150.00 per month
 
5 x 12” inside space is $135.00

10’ x 11’ space is $220.00 per month

10’ x 12’ space is $235.00 per month; outside corners $250.00-$270.00

 CASES:

The showcases are $75.00 per month, and are about 3’ wide, 2’ deep and 7’ tall.

 OTHER:

For each space and/or case rented there is a one-day-per month work requirement, and you may split that into 4-hour increments if you prefer.

The dealer's association through which we get our liability insurance costs $53.00 per year per dealer. It covers YOU, as an association member, for liability issues (not theft).
The mall does not take a percentage of your sales. We do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover on sales from the mall.

 Upon signing the lease, you will pay first and last month's rent plus annual insurance, and leases are for 6 months at a time, going month-to-month after that.
