FLOOR SPACE, approximate sizes:

10’ x 11.5’ and 10 x 12' spaces are $250.00-$270.00 per month

We also have smaller spaces that are about 50-60 square feet each are from $150.00-180.00 each

 CASES:

The showcases are $80.00 per month, and are about 3’ wide, 2’ deep and 7’ tall.

 OTHER:

For each space and/or case rented there is a one-day-per month work requirement, and you may split that into 4-hour increments if you prefer.

The dealer's association through which we get our liability insurance costs $53.00 per year per dealer. It covers YOU, as an association member, for customer liability issues (not for theft).
The mall does not take a percentage of your sales. We do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover on sales from the mall.

 Upon signing the lease, you will pay first and last month's rent plus annual insurance, and leases are for 6 months at a time, continuing month-to-month after that.
